Dubai, UAE, 16th October 2007 - Following the overwhelming success of the previous forums, the fourth Thinking Cloud will take place on the 29th October 2007 and will be held at the American University of Dubai, Visual Communications Department. The discussion topic, ironically reflecting the venue, is "What I leant in Art School' and will give art professionals, artists and students the opportunity to discuss the importance of art school and the impact made on their work, if any.

The Thinking Cloud, the new Dubai based initiative, brings art enthusiasts together to debate pertinent issues in the contemporary art scene. Founded in September 2007 by Laura Trelford, the Special Projects Manager of Art Dubai, and Sonia Brewin the Director of START, the Thinking Cloud forums grant the UAE the much needed open platform for debating issues surrounding art today, as well as, gathering insight on the growing local art scene.

Specifically chosen panel of experienced industry professionals are invited to chair the event for their feedback, insights, as well as, their experience. Thinking Cloud is held regularly and is aimed at raising awareness of the current movement within the regional art world. The details of the December Thinking Cloud will be announced shortly and will be sure to enthrall audiences in the same way previous ones have.
