Classified Advertisement Rules
The basic rules are simple; classifieds are free for individuals, property companies and those selling cars. Don’t abuse the system, don’t spam – you will just waste your time. If you think you may be spamming you probably are.
Classifieds Advertisements are for Dubai Lime members and people living in Dubai. We check the IP address when you are posting your classified so please do not post if you are outside of Dubai as they simply wont be published, we don’t want to waste your time or win 100,000 USD from your dead bank president.
You will need a UAE valid mobile phone ( Never send a deposit for a mobile phone and never buy outside of the UAE) number to post your advertisement. That is just sensible. We wont send you an SMS – its 100% free if you are in the UAE.
Property companies and car garages can list their inventory on the classifieds free of charge.
Business services companies, retailers and those using the classifieds, as business development tools please don’t. The best way to promote your business online is to contact our advertising team, in fact you can advertise instantly on Dubai Lime on a “Pay Per Click” basis. These options are much more effective to help you make money without being a spammer.
Users that post multiple duplicate posts, spam or posts intended to commit fraud will have their account deleted logged. If we deem your post to be subject of a potential fraud in the UAE your details shall be passed to Dubai Police in order to protect our users. The same if you post anything too friendly - I think you know what we mean.
