Tang - More than just food

Having just eaten at Tang in the Le Meridian Mina Seyahi I can recommend it to all Limers as long as you have a few extra dirhams in your pocket. The food really is truly amazing, being the standard that one would come to expect from a London, Paris or New York fine dining experience.

The food is defined as an experience in molecular gastronomy is a strange mix of both exotic and local ingredients plus the odd dash of liquid nitrogen here and there. I can fully suggest the taster menu which allows you to try many of the delectable delights in a five course setting.
Truly this was one of the finest dining experiences I have had in Dubai for quite some time, the price isn't cheap coming to just over 1200 AED for a meal for two with a bottle of house red - however if you want to treat someone or go for a funky and alternative meal with colleagues then this may just be the place you have been searching for.
