Hard Rock International announced that the brand's preeminent Hard Rock Cafe location in the UAE - Hard Rock Cafe Dubai - will relocate after 11 successful years on Sheikh Zayed Rd. Scheduled to reopen in October 2010, Hard Rock Cafe Dubai will be located at Festival Centre, Dubai Festival City's award-winning shopping and leisure precinct.
The new 26,400-square-foot Dubai
cafe will include spacious seating for more than 300 guests, a vibrant bar, a convertible live music space, a 2,500-square-foot Rock Shop featuring Hard Rock's limited-edition merchandise and rock 'n' roll memorabilia from Hard Rock's legendary collection.
Not to be content with the sheer magnitude of the cafe's size, this Hard Rock will also include an iconic 118-foot guitar, which is anticipated to be the largest in the world and will be submitted to the Guinness Book of World Records. With state-of-the-art facilities and a dynamic design, Hard Roc k Cafe Dubai is sure to become one of the city's premier dining and entertainment destinations, complementing the city's vibrant music scene.
