The Heineken premiere of the 22nd James Bond 007 movie ‘Quantum of Solace’ (QoS) on 5th November 2008 at the Cinestar Cinema at Mall of the Emirates, will be a licence to thrill for a select group of VIP fans who will see the movie before it goes on general release in the UAE and worldwide.
The Bond experience doesn’t stop there and the VIPs will be whisked (Bond-like) by stretch Hummers to the themed after party (dress code: strictly Bond) – complete with Bond theme remixes courtesy of DJ Solo, and film clips in a celebration of all things Bond (and of course a bevy of ‘Bond girls’) for more than 300 people at the Dubai World Trade Club.
Heineken organizer, Ian West, comments: “The Bond movie franchise is one of the most successful and longest running and Heineken has been associated with the last five films; our marketing campaign features leading lady Olga Kurylenko and was shot using actual film sets and scenes from the film. We wanted to bring a real Bond experience for the opening in Dubai, to complement the official regional premiere which will take place the day before. We have the movie of course but also the Bond party – a not to be missed affair for any fan – because we wanted to offer the privilege of seeing the movie before it goes on general release along with a real celebration of Bond.”
The Heineken premiere of QoS and the after party is by personal invitation only.

In "Quantum of Solace," Daniel Craig reprises his role as Ian Fleming's James Bond 007.The film is directed by Marc Forster, the screenplay is by Neal Purvis & Robert Wade and Paul Haggis and Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli produce. Heineken returns as global Bond partner.
